We bring organisational dynamics into light. We uncover growth patterns and we understand what drives people towards their fullest potential.

Our team counts organizational coaches (HEC), professional executive coaches (ICF, EMCC), agility consultants, business mentors, organizational behaviour architects, and corporate strategists.

We are more than a team of inividual consultans - we act together in a coordinated way, based on our proprietary framework, in order to create for our clients the powerful impact and the visible change they deserve.

What people know about…

In 2017 he created Inlight Dynamics based in Paris.

Viorel is an expert in taking people and organizations to the next level and help them achieve exponential goals, through coaching and organizational behaviour change.

He is a lifelong student in human behaviour and conducted extensive research regarding the influence of Psychology, Social Context and Personal capabilities on human behaviour.

Viorel’s clients include high-performers and high-potential people, for whom taking the next big challenge or going to the next level, somehow still feels like a big leap - I help my clients explore new perspectives and find out what empowers them to move forward to reach their goals.

Viorel co-created CECORP (The European Professional Organizational Coaching Association based in Paris) and co-founded CareerShift.eu - a Group Coaching Program whose mission is to bring career development closer to more and more people.

What people don’t know about…

He wrote a research paper about the "Quantum Dynamics of Groups and Organizations”. He co-created a tech start-up of 30 people when he was 25.

Mihai Zant

With over 10 years of experience in leading corporate and community teams, MIhai has worked in a variety of roles such as sales, marketing and HR. He has worked for HP, Veolia, the Romanian Government andEducativa and later went on to become an entrepreneur in consulting, training and coaching.

Mihai led an EU-funded Incubator (2.4 MEur) through which more than 600 entrepreneurs passed through the training program and which financed 36 Diaspora businesses. He is now coaching, mentoring and consulting more entrepreneurs through his "Impact Leverage Sessions".

Together with the HUMANISTIC community, he has delivered corporate learning programs on topics such as leadership, communication and agility for clients like NN Amsterdam, VidaXL, CCIFER, KPMG, Aceenture, Xerox, Pentalog, Bearing Point, Heineken, Carrefour, Saint Gobain, HTSS- ADPharma, etc.

He is also a board member of ICF Ro Chapter and AVE (Association for Values in Education).

His life mission is EDUCATION, he advocates continuous learning and that the future of companies comes from creating value for all stakeholders. His goal is to help companies create cultures where people are free, authentic, empowered and in the right place to contribute and make an impact. Helping leaders and individuals to reach their potential through coaching.
